Click the model(s) you want to load into the Media Matrix. The Models and Body Views filters work together to narrow your selection criteria. When you return to the opening screen, you can then add images to your show. Drag the images you want to use in your show and drop them in the Show Gallery, or click the Add All Above To Show button.
